Anybody else have this problem PLz i need help
I have had Guild wars now for about 4 months and not a problem and all of a sudden today i go to login and play and i get to the Char selection screen and i get this message
i don't get it i have never cheated ot ripped anybody off or anything that would make them disable the account anybody know of any other reason this would happen |

1 i bought the game from best buy, 2 i haven't downloaded anything except for a screensaver actully the one guild wars SS i got from these forums and 3 nothing i don't use on a regular basis everything i have done recently i do like everyday and no problems then all of a sudden today i get this problem like i said before i have been useing this account and the key associated to it for like 4 months and no problem

I'd contact support at ANet and ask why is the account jammed.. Could be a misundestanding on some side.

Yeah, check with ANet. I would think that they'd want you to know why you've been blocked (have you checked your e-mail?)

ya i have checked my e-mail and nothing and i have sent a e-mail to [email protected] but i think i'm going to have to wait till tomorrow to get my answer back cuz its late ya i haven't heard anything to why it has been disabled or anything of the like from anything to do with guild wars or there respective companys i'm just kinda pissed right now cuz i have like 94k after just buying all my sup monk runes for my soon to be 55 monk and just got a victo's blade which i haven't even been able to use yet and now this account problem if i can't get it fixedi won't even be able to use the blade man this sucks

What is the name of your other three characters? If one has a vulgar name then you probably missed the 24hr ban (or whatever your time limit was) and now you can't play. Had to of done something wrong to upset A-Net.

Perhaps you did bad thing to a person and reported you, Anet are gving out perm ban's i heard. hmmm so many people i reported

Arena.net DOES suspend accounts that have been reported for this stuff. |

ANet is also banning people that abuse the current pvp glitch where you can attack your own team.

like i said in the posts above i haven't done anything of the like to get my account disabled haven't said anythign bad to anybody i don't have any bad names for my Char's names are Eis Dragon, Eis Drake, E I S, and Eis Griffen, i haven't done anything and i mean anything to warrent the account being disabled

yah i don't think they ever reply, but i hope that the perm ban isn't true because what if someone reports you for nothing or what if someone ran you and you didn't have the money is that scamming, idk i think that at most for something like that you would get suspended. I don't think it is very fair that if you never hacked and that if they have no proof that they can perm ban. I think if that was to ever happen i would have to sue.

i diden't do anything infact i haven't done anything with anybody the last like 7 times i played the game i was bymy self eather soloing or useing hench and i only ask for a run or do anything if i have the gold for it if i don't have the gold for it i just don't worry about it and get there my self normaly through the game i haven't ripped anyboy off i haven't talked bad to anybody the whole time i played thegame the worst thing i said to anybody was "you know your asking to much for that dye" i don't think saying that would get me a ban and that was like a month ago

You say you emailed them and haven't heard back. Sending an email is the wrong thing to do (unless you went through the support website to do it). Hit up the support site (support.guildwars.com), click on ask a question, and fill out the form and point blank ask why you've been banned. Most time I have some form of response, even if it's just a cookie cutter response within about 2 hours.
